Cant find any dead enemies, its real annoying since their the same color as the background and ground. How do I turn of the grass so I can find them?

there are almost no graphics options at all, indie pixel games have more options than fallout 4.

It's why i build all new houses on raised concrete foundation slabs put down first, so grass doesnt stick up into floor.

Would like highlight body toggle but have kinda grown accustomed to just spotting where bodies fall and find em as i am still in combat.

Shoot, move, loot, shoot, move, loot. I find its not grass per se that makes bodies spotting difficult sometimes - its the ragdoll physics and how much they slide even on really gentle slopes.

is there a mod yet to turn off the grass? Guessing that is why the settings are so empty its up to modders to make these items. These really should be included in the base game price.

I have resorted to using an energy weapon while sneaking about if I pull it off correctly little glowing piles of ash to loot  but this same problem also occurred in FO3 & NV so I guess I'm just used to it by now

ugh really there has never been a turn off grass option. thats just lazy they never bothered or mean if forcing us to play the game only one way.

Trying to play a game here, not spend hours looking around grass for bodies to get ammo.

i just wish you could use the workshop to get rid of it. its terrible in certain parts of sanctuary and really hinders settlement building imo

Yeh, I spent way too much time pretty-ing up my houses and organising furniture in rooms and then there's this big splat of leaves I can't get rid of. I've even got a broom in there! If they were animated, I'd get it, like the wind blowing them around. but having them stationary is annoying.

You can use a foundation and just build over it.

I don't think you can in the pre-built buildings.

Have you tried grass fade? In the visual options? I mean that's always done it for me... Go to options, advanced, view distance. been in every recent game by Bethesda...

On PC, console command tg (as in "toggle grass"). Use it once to disable grass rendering. Use it again to re-enable it. Does not get saved, so when you restart the game grass is shown.
