I had a friend who made a mod that just gave an automatic +5 to any stat that had a skill levelled at level up. I've played the game through so many times, I just want to play this time without min/maxing my skillups. Can anyone help me by telling me how to make this simple "mod" I can check in the data section? ALL I want it to do is give +5 on level up, so I'm not interested in Mods that do that and 500 other things. Thanks.
