...and reinstall a fresh, untouched version of Oblivion? When I reinstalled oblivion, and deleted .esp's... I still had some content changed and some of the mods still present. How am I able to uninstall EVERYTHING so it is the Oblivion on the disc only?

Uninstall Oblivion normally, delete the folder where you had it installed (and empty recycle bin afterwards), go to My Documents/My Games, and delete the Oblivion folder, restart and run a registry cleaner program. Nothing should survive that.

It's amazing what's left over after you do an uninstall. Also what I do is do a search on "Oblivion" and see what else I might have missed.

When I reinstall, I go through and...

1) Uninstall all OMODs. That eliminates a large number of files right off. Be sure to delete all the files in the OBMM/Mods folder, too.

2) Uninstall any exe files, like UOP, OOO, Ivellon, etc.

3) Uninstall Oblivion.

4) Delete the contents of the Data folder entirely, along with any other files in the Oblivion folder (I wouldn't delete the Oblivion folder itself, because I keep all my mods backup copies in a subfolder), and all files in My Games/Oblivion.

It's worked great every time (I've done it 3 times now, I think).

There is a tutorial on Nexus on how to completely deoblivionise your computer, but I can't remember what it was called...
