How to use console commands to add perks?

Post » Tue Jan 14, 2014 10:09 am

Hey guys,

I am just wondering is it possible to use console commands to level up/gain perk points/add perks?

I need to test a mod that requires me to have perks in the conjuration tree but I am only level 2. I am looking to set up a testing character with full perks in conjuration.

any ideas?

player.addperk xxxxxxx

where xxxxxxx is the code for the Perk.

Just note, when adding things like this in the console, your normal character progression can get weird, like not getting to choose a Perk on your next level up or something like that. It all depends on what you add. Also, setting your character level can remove that experience points you have coming to your for your next level up. Although that may be more in Fallout than in this game due to the different leveling schemes.
