All, I'm having some issues and google doesn't appear to have an answer.

Basically I can't get my mouse wheel to scroll through dialog options or store items. I've got to physically move my mouse to the up/down arrows and click to access the dialog/item options. FYI, the mouse wheel DOES work on the world map as a zoom function.

I've got a MSFT optical/wireless mouse and upgraded to the latest Intellipoint drivers (ver 8x).

Any thoughts? thanks.

Dunno. sounds like a MS mouse issue then.

Reason.. my Logitech mouse (g5 gaming mouse) with Logitech setpoint 4.80 64 bit here...

scrolls fine in PIP boy, etc. I can scroll thru a huge list of aid items,etc using the scroll wheel.

Try different MS drivers maybe? Shrug.

Edit.. maybe some arcane setting in your mouse drivers your missing....
