Will Alduin be just another generic dragon like all the other dragon boss's in other games or will he have a unique form to him. like the first time you see him you'll think holy [censored] I have to fight that thing where do I start!?. does anybody have any insight as to what he will look like. or from your own imagination just give me your thoughts about what he would look like to you. and my other question his how different would each dragon be from one another would each dragon have the same structure and build with different horns and coloration in different places or will each dragon be distinctive between each other.
I'm sure Alduin will have a very distinct look, bigger perhaps? But I'm sure you speak with him at some point since it's been hinted that some dragons will speak to you.
well you know how akatosh looked in oblvion yeah that except in higher detail and angry at you not dagon. sounds like fun right? :celebration: and ps there likely wont be some imperial to come to your rescue with some magical sparkly amulet. just you and a 100ft tall flaming dragon
I'm leaning towards us not actually fighting Alduin.
He devours an entire plane of existence...not exactly something that I can picture us fighting. I have the sense that it's more a sense of impending doom and dread that represents Alduin. A certain fatalistic sense of destruction that pervades the world.
Or it could be the Center from Justice League: New Frontier for all I know. Kinda planet like after all.
Maybe a fair, glowing man in robes with a dragon's head, as the imperials depict him. This form i think he takes at least when he talks to you (which he probably will). His true form cannot be seen by mortals, as with all Aedra and Daedra. The Dragon at the end of Oblivion was simply an avatar of Akatosh.

You can't kill the God of Time, only stop him from "eating" the world, which you're prophesized to do. I don't get where people get all this epic big dragon boss fight God of War style nonsense.
It would well be just a servant of Alduin, as was a similar story in Oblivion. The player character didn't actually fight Mehrunes Dagon.
No, you actually do confront Alduin on some sort, you're prophesized to do so. However, this doesn't mean you'll literally fight him, just stop him from destroying all of Tamriel. And I have no idea how we'll do it
