How will the voiced player effect quest and companion mods

Something I havent seen debated yet.

My favorite mod for Skyrim was Helgen Reborn. And a major part of what made this mod so awsome were it`s voice actors and the amazing quests built arround the various characters. But now that the Fallout 4 character is voiced, what is the solution to making quest mods that still have dialog?

Will the player character have to be completly revoiced and the modding community made dependable on those voice actors?

Will quest mods require you to install another mod that reverts back to the traditional silent protagonist style of conversation?

Just curious on what you have been thinking on this issue.

A third option is to re-splice the original recorded voices and reuse those, plenty of lines to chose from after al.

Most likely the protagonist will not be voiced for player made mods (unless they are simple enough that existing lines will do). I am kind of assuming that a silenced protagonist mod will become pretty much standard for any heavily modded Fallout 4 in the future. (Although it does make life more difficult and will probably adversely affect the popularity of quest mods)
