Good, Normal, hardcoe realism.
And now that speech may be worth tagging I think i'll tag small guns, lockpick, and speech. (My classic Fallout 1 tag skills :D) I usually use small guns for a while then I train energy weapons.

Neutral, Normal, and Casual. I want to get acquainted with the game before I start roleplaying.

I'll probably tag my skills as Small Guns, Medicine, and Repair. I don't want to go out in to the wasteland without a First Aid Kit, Pistol, and Repair hammer given to me by the doctor. :3

Good, normal, casual. Small guns, repair, and sneak. Gonna play an average wastelander dragged into what happens.

This will be an experimental character run through the early part of the game to test for weapon availability, if non-Small Guns weapons can be obtained early then my first "real" character will tag one of those instead. I will probably have a couple of such characters in order to learn where things are, after that I will probably do a Hard/hardcoe character just to try that out.
"Meta-gaming" like that really ruins the first playthrough of any RPG, though.

Better to lap it up and struggle through to the end willy-nilly despite all the screw-ups - much more satisfying and realistic that way.

evil, normal, hardcoe

My first playthrough of Fallout 3 was good and i tended to be good in all my other playtroughs so i figure what place to try being very evil than sin city?

going to tag small guns explosives and lock pick

Neutral: I always love playing the greedy neutral kind in PA settings, I will be using stealth and a good rifle.

Normal: because I?m a FPS veteran but I don?t want to hit walls of difficulty that slows the game

Casual: mostly because I want the game to be fun first realistic later, however if there is the option to "pick your poison" and select what hardcoe stuff is in effect or not I?ll tag on some hardcoe mode stuff like ammo weight and harder limb healing

First playthrought will be a somewhat good guy. Greedy, but good.
Normal difficulty. I never liked hard or very hard in Fallout 3, it just made enemies bullet sponges.
hardcoe, it will make the game more genuinely challenging.

Yes, you can change back to casual/fallout 3 type if you want to, as far i have know. Hard core is amusingly a lot closer to Fallout than casual is, with you needing to fix broken limbs separetly, and stimpaks healing overtime, and with the need of water.
(it wasnt all that prominent, but if you could end up taking occasionally dehydration damage during travel if you didnt have water. It was a random encounter type of thing, it wasnt very often though )

Good, Normal, hardcoe.

I've tried to be evil before, but I'm a goody two shoes..... As for the difficulty, I want to get a bit used to the game and its game play before I try anything extreme. Though I like how hardcoe is a little more realistic, so I'll be going with that one. :)

As for my tagged skills?: Medicine, (Insert some sort of gun skill here), and Repair probably. Repair is useful, and medicine often has been too for me. I might change my mind though, I don't generally stick to the same tag skills every time.

Probably going to do my usual style RP character that I use in MMO gaming. I'll be good aligned, set to normal mode *console/single player games*, and do a casual playthrough looking in all of the little corners/cracks of the game. Probably racked up over 100 hrs in FO3 and probably scratched only 80-90% of the game including the addon content.

I always start in normal diff. Always play a good chr with neutral tendencies (thats me) and will definitely give hardcoe a spin. I rarely replay a game. Surprised that I played a second FO 3 toon all the way through. Especially since I got 200 hours out of the 1st. And then 200 more out of the second? Unheard of.

Evil, Very Hard, hardcoe. I'll also name my character something along the lines of Your Mom or Hitler.

Good, hard, casual. Well probably eventually switch to Very hard, hardcoe once I've mastered the game and played it a few times. I'll probably play as a tank who uses small guns and big guns and try out the new skills if they add any.

Evil, Normal Mode and hardcoe.

I love playing as evil characters its just so much more deleciously fun not to mention easier. If i can join the Ceasar's Legion i'll definitely be doing that.

I'm going to be playing on Normal mode because i don't really care for how Bethesda handles the game difficulties.

I plan to play on hardcoe to make the game more difficult and more fun.

I don't have a build on hand but my char is going to be an evil queen of the land. The type who's highly intelligent, tough as nails and gets up close and personal.
