I expect that my character will be good on my first playthrough, in most RPGs that allow a choice between good and evil, this is often what happens, often, even when I set out to be evil I'll end up finding the good options more appealing anyway and become good. On my second playthrough, I'll likely try to be evil so I can experiment with other options.
For difficulty, probably the default difficulty, with most games I like to keep it on this unless it turns out to be either too easy or two hard, as I figure that the standard difficulty is probably closest to how the developers intended the game to be experienced.
As to the last one, casual, I'll probably never touch hardcoe except to see what it's like, as from what I've heard, it sounds like everything I'd consider to be "bad realism" in video games, i.e., adding features just because they're realistic, even though all they do is make the game more frustrating, not more fun, but that's why it's good that it's optional. I suppose some actually LIKE needing to eat and drink in games, I'm just not one of them.
