I'd do both of these if it was announced that Fallout 4 takes place in Chicago/Midwest.

well isnt it already announced pretty much, theres not really a surprise to it... If its like skyrim ill watch the teaser with trepidation and wait for some gameplay trailers. Though if it ends with Fallout 4 and Obsidian Entertainment ill get excited.

I'm going to tear my gas gun from the draw and unload a full clip into the ceiling in excitement. My family better hope I'm upstairs when it happens.

Well that's quite obvious isn't it?

I'll be curious, obviously.
Even though I have a great dislike for Bethesda's simplistic writing and characters I may actually give it a go. Especially after seeing that Skyrim wasn't that bad after all. :vaultboy:

This.

Not sure though. So many good games coming out in the future years. A new Fallout wont really effect me with a must buy.

Jump for joy and spend hours annoying people for details about it, with no success of course, I'll look forward to it as much as I did New Vegas...

I'll probably /rage about Fallout 3 some more and dissect, anolyze and *snort* criticize the information the coming months.
Initial reaction though: http://fc04.deviantart.net/fs40/f/2009/054/e/7/Sceptic_by_Chashirskiy.jpg

I won't lie, scepticism and wearyness will likely be my first reactions (although possibly spiced with some honest interest about if they've learned anything from the past two games' rights and wrongs).

I would expect a great looking game that builds (and improves) on their previous work. (And something that will be a blast to tinker & mod.)

Depends. If its set in a location that I'm not particularly interested in (say the Commonwealth) I'll be excited but not overly so. I'll be more skeptical.

If however, its set in the Midwest and we see a MWBOS soldier in the teaser trailer, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykpjFjsEdl4&feature=related

Also this ^ What I was getting at by details.

If there is a MWBoS soldier or symbol in the tailer, I would hit the roof with joy. If there is mention of Barnaky or Mutant Liberation Army.. I'll drive down to Bethesda HQ and Bear Hug the Devs. Thats if I can get past security guy at the front desk :fallout:

I would do the same and then bring them all to a nice resturant to celebrate, paying for the whole thing.
