First thing you wanna do is loot the good doctors home.
Then you want to head east till you hit sloan.
head NE from sloan and get up high on the cliffs. Keep heading that way and staing up high to avoid the deathclaws until you see the repconn HQ. Head straight for it. Deathclaws wont follow.
Head north to vegas,
Sell all your excess stuff to make at least 100 caps once you hit vegas.
Go to the atomic wrangler. With 10 luck it shouldn't take you more than 2-3 minutes to make 2 grand. Leave after you make 2 grand and the double down exp bonus.
Head to the north gate and get scanned.
fast travel back to the eastgate freeside entrance and go to mick and ralphs to buy the lucky nightwear.
Once you have it, fast travel back to the north gate, enter,
Go to the lucky 38 to meet house. You should hit level 4. its important that you have 45 surivial for travel light. You can grab rapid reload, confirmed bachelor, or more endurance with your level 2 perk. Doesn't matter much. But 4 needs to be "travel light".
Go tot he tops casino. Use your speech skills on swank which should be around 40-55 by now with the naughty underwear on. You should level again to level 5. Increase your speech more to get your last speech exp bonus for swank. Now use your speech to get benny alone.
Kill benny and go chat with Yes Man. Make sure you pick up the magazines in the room. You should be focusing on guns for awhile after you get 55ish speech and light travel.
Go kill house.
Back to tops casino to talk to yes man(he might be waiting ouside).
Head over to the lultralux while you are there and talk to mortimer.
Head back over towards the lucky 38 and go to gommarrah you only need to walk into the place a little ways and then back out.
Back to lucky 38 to conitue with yes man quest.
Fast travel to the gun runners(you should have gotten the gun runners when you first came to vegas) and buy about 250 9mm ammo for Maria and buy 60 or so .308 AP.
Now fast travel back repconn HQ.
Head SE to 188 and pick up veronica.
head south along the road to novak. You will get attacked. just hide behind a rock and let veronica take most of the attack, assist her and loot them. Give her some armor.
Head past novak and keep going towards the quest marker, stay on the road and you will get attacked a couple more times. Again, let veronica "tank" and you assist.
get to the cove and hope on the boat. head to ceasar and get the quest. head to the bunker.
You wanna let veronica rush into the rooms before you do, but once you head in, you should be spamming your gun like crazy to keep her from dieing. Use the coin to power up the robot army at the end.
Make sure you go bck to caesar now and complete the quest he gave you(this will prevent you from being attacked by his assassins).
fast travel back to sloan and head south to the BoS bunker. veronica will help out and make this quick. Leave after you talk with the paladin guy.
Then fast travel back to the repcon HQ and head east by north east. Try to follow the powerlines east.
Follow the hills around towards the khan base. You might have to fight a couple fire geckos on the way.
Fast travel back to the freeside east gate. head NE to nelis airforcebase to talk to pearl. Head back to yesman afterwards.
Fast travel to the eldorado gas station and head over the substation for the quest yesman gave you. Just wal in and place it. Simple. Head back to yesman.
Now you head to the dam. You should be at this point with 80+ guns, 45 survival and 70 speech. Uusually if you let the NCR fight you can get a sniper rifle right away. Now you are a headshot machine with all your luck + born to destory.
Reroute power the fort. And go talk to the legate. Use your magazine for speech before you do and your naughty underwear. With 100 you can talk him out of fighting, and he leaves, do the same with the general.

Oh, and you don't have to talk your way out of the last fight. This character is meant to be a killing machine with sniper in VATS by level 8. You will have a like an 80 crit rate with the sniper. If you wanna fight him though, you will have the crit book from benny's casino room and just take all the drugs you have looted.

So beyond a specific character build, you scheme is 'head straight to New Vegas and perform the Wild Card path as normal'? :mellow:

What did you expect? a secret 5th path to finish the game? There are only a couple ways to complete the game. if it would have been any other pathway, you would have given another lame response like " so just complete house wins??!?!?" uhhh, duh. I supplied exactly what I titled the original post as. If you want your ten cents back, stop reading threads entirely. You only have yourself to blame.

What's the rush, though? Sure, if "beating" the game's you're only objective, good for you, but I can't help but think that's rather missing the point when it comes to a game like this.

Interesting, but why would you want to do that? It's not a race! Still, whatever floats your boat I suppose

If you use your speech on swank, you will get all your weapons back to fight him. And ya, he can be pretty tough on very hard, but definitely doable.

It's a race if you make it one. It's like adding an element of strategy to the game, where you want to optimize your pathway. it adds an entire different dimmension to the game and radically changes what perks are "the best". It's something different from your regular scheduled programming.

Ok I didn't know about getting your weapons back. I can see it then.

I just thought you were taking him out with that tiny pistol, when I did it I was level 10+ on hard with high guns skill and it still took forever, even with Veronica pounding him with spiked knuckles.

You DID NOT BEAT the game.

All you did is complete the Main Quest of the game.

Beating the game REQUIRES that all Map Markers be visited as well as other things. Takes more than an hour to "Beat The Game".
