How I wish Bethesda had a proper issue tracking system for i

I've been developing software (commercial, open source, and for internal use) for over 10 years.
Integral to this process is having a proper issue tracking system.
I'll wager $1million that they use this type of system internally (probably that garbage Team Foundation server)

It would be LOVELY if even a rudimentary system was offered to us end users.
I can't believe these forums are the best avenue for capturing bug reports.

For one, it's impossible to statistically predict how many users are experiencing a given issue in a forum setting since there are so many duplicate posts with slightly different wording and using the number of replies as a de facto voting system doesn't add up.
Then again, when we thing about it, this forum is maintained by Zenimax / Bethesda...it's only happenstance that Bethesda Softworks (a direct subsidiary) developed this particular game. So maybe I should be asking the development company directly?
Any one at Bethesda care to comment?
Thanks!
