How would I make in game time pass when crafting?

I've been trying to attach a script involving:



[script]Function PassTime(int aiHours) native global[/script]



to workbenches so that time passes when they are activated. I am a complete beginner so I thought this would be the simplest way of doing things but I can't seem to work out exactly what to do.



Ideally I want to make time pass when things are actually crafted similar to Living Takes Time for Skyrim but if anyone knows any way of getting a similar effect no matter how simple I'd really appreciate some help! =)
