Maormer (Sea Elves) - The maormer led by King Orgnum succeeded in conquering Summerset Isle.

Kamal (Snow Demons) - The snow demon led by Ada'Soom successfully conquered Morrowind.

House Dagoth - Dagoth Ur and the sixth house awakens during the same time as the cannon lore but have no knowledge on how to build Akulakhan.

Nerevarine - The nerevarine never made it out of the ship, got killed after getting into a brawl with Jiub.

Jagar Tharn - Killed the Eternal Champion.

How weird and strange would Tamriel end up being if history changed like this?

This reminds me of the marvel 'what if' books. Great idea! we should ask MK to write an alternate history to tamriel... or we could do it.
