Having successfully crushed the rebellion in Skyrim, forces continue to build along the Empire/Dominion border in the south.

Whilst this is doing on, secret envoys are dispatched to the Blades in Skyrim and the Maormer in Pyandonea. The Blades will be offered the chance to return to prominence, by infiltrating Valenwood and Elsweyr, taking Pentilus Occulus agents as recruits to file out their ranks. The envoy to Pyandonea will be tasked with getting the Maormer to invade Alinor themselves with promise that they can keep the islands should they take it.

Once sufficient force is mustered on the border and the Blades renewed have infiltrated local resistance, the WGC will be torn to shreds and every Thalmor agent in Imperial lands will be killed ALA same treatment as the blades prior to the Great War.

The Maormer, buoyed by prospect of reclaiming their ancestral home, strike from the south and clash with the Dominion navy, tying them down. Legions north of Valenwood move into the province, pushing local dissidents into action. Whilst military action is ongoing on in Valenwood, legions on the border of Elsweyr will hold position, awaiting word as to whether the Blades are successful in finding a new Mane. If not, then legions will commence military action against the Khajiit.

Whilst still bogged down with the Maormer, Alinor will be infiltrated by a team of pro-Imperial Altmer who's main job is to get to the capital and set up one end of a teleportation link between them and Cyrodiil. In order to lower the morale of Thalmor supporting Altmer, the head of every Thalmor agent AND Ulfric's which have been carefully preserved, will be teleported to Alinor. This dastardedly step of the plan will force the Thalmor to surrender unconditionally and we can all celebrate with a sweet roll.

Problem with sending an envoy to Pyandonea is that there is a giant mist that surrounds the islands and only one ship has managed to ever come out of the mist and that was part of a massive Altmeri naval force.

Which is why no expense will be spared on the quality of the ship and her crew. She'll have a compliment of mages to assist in her journey. Besides, so long as they get there, I don't really care if they come back or not.

Not likely. Considering the first mages guild was founded by a former Psijic member.

Why would you ever want to invade Alinor ? The Thalmor are your friends, didn't you ever read "The Talos mistake"?

... But if I had to, and if the empire would even stand a chance then...

Hm, raise a small army of elite voice-weilders in skyrim. Cut deals with daedra lords for the souls of the slain enemies and hopefully gain a few legions of daedra.

Try to get morrowind on the empire's side again, if at all possible use the telvanni as the main magic-research unit, might not happen but if it does, it would be a great addition.

Use hired bandits and thugs as low-cost shock troops, try and raise propaganda in Valenwood and Elsweyr . Employ mass necromancy while trying to keep the general population's mind off troubles by cheap entertainment such as arena fights and so on. Encourage population growth and enforce a militaristic mentality from young ages.

Attempt treaty with Hammerfell. Use guerrilla warfare with tamed animals/armored trolls/reanimated fauna wherever possible. Use the dwemer ruins for research into dwemer technology, maybe we can scrap something together. Try and establish a good relationship with Black Marsh and use argonians and the natural toxins of their homeland to my advantage.

Attempt to cause internal problems and then... Use small stealth troops to cause massive forest-fires in the north-west of valenwood, which would hopefully get enough attention for my army to attack from the south of Hammerfell, and if all goes smoothly (which it won't), and I can use all the things I said above to my advantage maybe I can succeed in invading alinor.

...........................

If all else fails:

1. achieve CHIM!!!

2. break dragons!!!

3. train birds to drop moonsugar sweetrolls all over Alinor

4. build massive catapult, use it to catapult dovahkiin into Alinor.

5.cheese for everybody!!!

6.????

7.Cry

8.svck thumb.

They didn't do it to Tiber and he was way more wack-job-crazy-evil.

Because they knew he could kill them.

I'd make a point to remind all involved that not all Altmer support the Thalmor and thus should be left alone. The people of the Summerset Isles suffer from their actions as much as those who do anywhere else.

Tiber never killed off an entire race whereas you are saying you'd slaughter the entire race.

The Nords did almost bring the Snow Elves to extinction, but it was a war to gain territory. One may not agree with it, but at least there is a logical reason.

Treng's suggesting the slaughter of a whole race just for the lols.

No, he did worse. He unleashed the Numidium.

Yeah, and if all the Altmer are dead, it leaves a strong, powerful statement. And who are you, the proud Thalmor said, that I must bow so low?

Not for the lols. For the good of literally all of Mundus and for all of mankind.

Another thing is that Tamriel is more diverse nowadays with multiple races living in the same provinces and members of the races are probably more tolerant than they were say around the first era

The Altmer were still alive afterwards is the point and not all Altmer support the Thalmor or know about the whole "unmaking of Mundus" goal the Thalmor are working too and "it's proving a powerful statement" is a bs argument to make, the only statement that would be made is that you're a blood thirsty genocidal maniac that deserves to be overthrown.

I don't care if I'm overthrown as long as the Thalmor are erased from history. I mean, they want to do it to all of humanity. Fair's fair.

Implying that there is such thing as an inherently evil race in TES. You do realize how absurd that idea is.

Many High Elves were murdered for refusing to side with the Thalmor. Houses burned with magic, families killed off.

They need to be freed from the Aldmeri Dominion as much as the rest of Tamriel does.

But the point is if you called for a whole slaughter of the Altmer your soldiers would most likely say "no" because it's incredibly unnecessary and even your generals would go against it, even the nords since not all nords have the burning hatred of mer you have and most likely they would rebel and overthrow you before your genocide happens.
