I can't be the only person obsessed with the dwarves just curious to see if im the only one who would like to see a whole dwarven themed dlc maybe exploring their disappearance or something?

And then they can do a DLC where we visit Oblivion and deal with a Dremora invasion.

I'd be happy with any heavily themed expansion. Anything other than more of the same generic fantasy setting.

I like the Dwemer, but I don't think they should 'return' for this game, or its expansions. I'm still mad at them for finding out what they did to the majestic Snow Elves, plus I like the mystery surrounding them. Granted, I think it'd be neat if there was a rogue Dwemer who didn't disappear due to being on some other plane of existence, like Yagrum Bagruz was (minus the Corpus) who is sitting in the deepest chamber of an old Dwemer ruin, out in some obscure place without any quests associated with him, just pondering what the heck happened and where everyone went. I think that'd be an interesting surprise to intrepid explorers, and would hearken back a little to Morrowind. Never knew what you might find.

I think a 'Rise of the Falmer' DLC might be more likely, as alluded to in some of the literature. Still, a horde of underdeveloped, blind, goblin-like creatures in chitin armor, without much more than basic intelligence, doesn't seem like that fearsome a threat, no matter how many of them there might be. Unless there's more to them than we thought?

Lastly, please no Daedra-themed expansions or content for awhile. I like the Daedra, sure, but I had more than enough of them in Oblivion, and would prefer that we didn't visit any new Daedric realms for awhile.

Actually I also would like to know more about the snow elves/falmer but what would really be amazing to see would be an abandoned snow elven city. It would also be a chance for Bethesda to show off that amazing "alien" creativity they have like Morrowind/Blackreach

In Fallout 3, they had the one where you went back in time, where I loved that one, SNOW for the first time in fallout, it was really cool, I liked how everything was different, the armor, the guns, it felt like a new game, of course I don't mean it for this, but I mean something like it to make it feel fresh :D

That particular DLC you're talking about inspired me with an idea I've thrown out in other threads. Basically, have some sort of 'go back in time' mechanism, either literally, or figuratively (through dreams or magic or what the heck ever) to relive some of the more dramatic moments of Skyrim's past. Imagine riding in a longboat slicing through the icy waters North of Skyrim, one of Ysgramor's five hundred companions, ready to cleanse Skyrim of the Falmer menace. Or participating in the Fall of Sarthal, or the events surrounding the Wolf Queen of Solitude, Potema. Lots of interesting lore in Skyrim, and it'd be fun to see it.

My spidey sense tingles that this will indeed be the case.

Remember Mehrunes' Razor? The weapon model was found hidden in the Oblivion archives before Mehrunes' Razor DLC came out.

(FYI: That's Keening, a major macguffin from Morrowind)

A return to Morrowind would indeed be interesting. I wonder though, if perhaps the Keening would just be used to combat some new artificial god, being made by either the Thalmor or some other, unknown power where the quests revolve around you retrieving the Keening, as well as the Sunder and Wraithguard.

Bethesda not capitalizing on the interest in the Dwemer is a missed opportunity.

Great idea, but I got a feeling the first DLC will take us to that island the psijik order lives on.

Agreed, and it would also help to introduce many people to that part of the lore as well. I really don't want them to suddenly pop back into Tamriel after a short DLC campaign, better to have a full game to play around with the idea, but I would like for them to fully explore what happened after they disappeared. Then again, the mystery of the Dwemer is one of my favorite parts from the lore - and resolving said mystery might come off as hollow.
