How would you survive a Zombie Apocalypse

Week 10

There was a storm lately, forcing us to stay inside the fort. While we do have enough food to keep us fed for the duration, and the extra water is a godsend, the water is too choppy for us to attempt any raids. We did find a generator last week, which allowed us to use the appliances inside the nearby tourist center. I've been playing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_ZTYjYi45M from SC3 using a laptop because I find it fitting to the storm. Luckily my partners haven't gotten annoyed, and have been playing other music as well. Still no word from any other strongholds though.

from the earlier thread:
While looking stylish with his tophat. But, what about the others? Leydenne has Scout, which isn't really a good weapon.

Scout begs to differ. She is a very good weapon, full of pointy, sharp things. :stare: Also, she will go for the eyes!!! Do not doubt the usefulness of the Banclaw.

Ok thats getting sigged

I feel special :D

Alright, new scenario ya'll. Taking a page from that old movie The Comet...or something liek that, what if the zombies are caused by something from space? The radiation, or whatever, drifted down onto the planet, zombifying everyone that wasn't inside at the time?

Luckily, you were inside at the time. Also fortunately, the zombies can't pass on their zombbification. Unfortunately, there are a CRAP TON more of them, and they seem to retain a certain level of intelligence.

A 5th thread !?! My internet cracked for only an hour :brokencomputer:. I hope the internet doesnt fail when the outbreak starts...

Im in the south east of england, so in order to get to TeeHee:3 boat, im gonna have to get a car and drive a heck of a long way. I know im getting a jeep, but will need lots of food, and a lot of homeade weapons, as guns arent common round here. My chances of surviavl are getting slimmer and slimmer....

Try cheaper than dirt magazine for weapons or their website

The bear has a sidecar, where the Vulcan Minigun is mounted during travel and manned by Duke Nukem.

Week 10

on a raiding party yesterday we found a functional cell phone tower on the keys a short distance from Fort Jefferson, it is still running of back up generators but since the grid is down cell phones are useless, today we are taking some equipment and our only laptop and the ham radio to the tower in hopes that we can modify the towers antenna to increase the range and power of our radio enough to contact texel.

next day
we seccesfully re routed the tower to produce an amplyfied signal for the radio, still no contact with texel or old_andy, there might have been a power failure on texel or possibly a large solar flare, if the latter is the cause it will be a few weeks before we can contact texel, we have been able to contact vorlex in texas though. the transmission was brief but from what we got out of it he was very close to creating his golem. we have set up the laptop with a power supply in the tower so that it will record any incoming transmissions so we can play them back. on the way back to base we raided a small pharmacy for medical supplies, we found a family of 4 taking refuge in the storage room....the disease had almost consumed them, they were suffereing from hallucinations and where pretty much insane....we did what had to be done. now we just wait for contact with texel to arrange either transportation or a strategy to evacuate more forumers that are in need of help......time to ride out the storm for a while.

DO IT! haha :P

i had and idea today that eveyone thats in each group should work together and create log entries and then we could compile them all into a book that shows the apocalypse from the point of view from each person and each stronghold, like week one for the florida stronghold each of us would right and entry until wee meet up, them we would alternate in weeks or days, like week 4 would be me then week 5 would be rmctagg09 and so on.

You'll have to clear it up, so you add all those you haven't added to the list of who goes where. The list of who goes where, is still basically the same as it was in the last thread. :P Update is needed first.

If there is an RP consider me to be a loner with a lifetime supply of batteries listening to Gorillaz, at least for a bit.
My entries will probably be few and far between.

Wait wait, I need to redo my sheet. I don't even know how to make a golem yet. The Sefer Yetzirah is not a simple book.
