What I've seen in some of the places I've been make me state:
Please, for the love of all decency;
do.
NOT.include.[censored] :stare:
unless you are allowing the character to be victimized, but as a proactive action on the characters part it should be beneath any characters morals, no matter how 'evil' their character is.
as for romance and love interests, I'm all for it
Even 'evil' people fall in love -and usually don't go through life considering themselves 'evil' BTW. But you are in for a powerful amount of scripting.
-finding a bunch of flowers in the wastelands could be a massive quest all be itself, let alone chocolates!!!
First there have to be places of interest for each of the candidates to be taken to.
out of those their have to be places preferred by the candidate -so that it doesn't boil down to taking each one to the same place over and over, all though that would be on par with RL
Besides locations there have to be activities that are location free that may be pursued as well
again, out of the choice of activities, each candidate will have a number of favorites
..and with each following candidate you compound the amount of work to be done. This gets big, quick.
you might want to ask permission from other authors whether you can borrow their location mod for 'dates'
Mods-r-us casino:
"Hey dollface, wanna cruise down to CJ's, the roulette wheel is calling and daddy needs a new pair of shoes"
500 Rads Bar:
"I just heard of this new club that's opening.. Wanna go cut a rug?"
Flying Dutchman
"Hey baby, I just won two tickets for and all expense paid holiday cruise to the Mediterranean. Think of it: you, me and all the banana dacaris served in coconut shells with those little umbrellas you can drink.."
as you can see, I'm sort of one sided with dialogue
In any case, this kind of thing goes is deeply complex when done right, so plan out
everything first:
Dates, their outcome, consequences of that outcome etc..
Acolyte hates blind dates.. because then he can't take them to the movies*
*he also realizes the former statement might be somewhat insensitive to blind people, but is confident they don't often frequent these forums.. too much.
beside, no one goes on a
visually challenged date, do they?
