How do you actually level in FWE? : Fallout 3

While using FWE for the first time, I advanced my first level, but the level window didn't come up. How do you actually "level" up using FWE?

when you level up it pops up like it does in the default game theres nothing diff about that

Well it didn't I guess because I was in combat, cause once I killed everyone it did. Thanks.

Yeah thats how it works i suppose i should have asked if you were in combat when it happened woops :teehee:
