How do you change the darkness level of night? : IV

I've installed a mod that darkens nighttime more than vanilla, it's not bad, but it's a little too much. How do you change the level of darkness?

If it's All Natural, the nighttime darkness is configurable in the ini file.
If it's a simple texture replacer of the night sky type mod, pull the texture into GIMP or Photoshop and brighten it to your liking.

Thanks Hana! I'm not really sure which mod it is, but I think its from OWC-ND.
