How do you game

Post » Sun Jun 06, 2010 10:40 am

We've got two setups in the house, so that my boyfriend and I can play at the same time. He has a PS3 and Xbox 360 with a 52" Philips LCDTV.

My setup is an Xbox 360 with a 37" Westinghouse LCDTV

And I do the rest of my gaming on my laptop, an ASUS with an AMD Phenom II N830 CPU and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 1Gig Card, and 4Gigs RAM

In my house I have two set ups for my wife and I to geek at the same time. We both have 360's, she plays on a 40 inch LCD 1080p samsung and I play on a 32 inch 720p samsung. Both have surround sound set ups with polk and infinity speakers, subs, and yamaha recievers for 5.1 dolby digital surround.

I used to play a lot of RTS games on the PC but most of my gaming now is on 360.

Lulz. We have the same first act guitars. Too bad I can't really play due to a crappy right hand.

Jesus.

I feel so inadequate in this thread. :cold:

Got a tiny widescreen monitor, a nothing special pre-built PC from Best Buy with an ATI 4350 GPU I added in, an Xbox 360 and a 32" TV. The old style, mind you. No HDTV or nothing.

As long as it makes you happy thats what counts and thats where the true power of satisfaction is at. If not you can always look around for used quality merchandise at incredible low prices.

I dont have HDTV either. Just like when cds were becoming the thing in the 1990s i didnt jump on the band wagon til years later when it came to movies and music. Games were another thing since thats my number one pleasure so i needed to get a cd drive asap for the likes of TES 2 DAGGERFALL, QUAKE, BLOOD and DUKE NUKE EM 3D etc.

I either game on my 24" LCD LED Monitor with my PC games, or on my 42" 1080P TV with my Xbox 360.

80gb PS3 connected to 32 Inch HD TV

I have a laptop, but sadly I hardly game on it due to the lack of PC games in my collection and I want a better computer if I can afford one.
