How do you install mod saved games? : IV

I read the ReadMe and it said:

"Just Drag&drop in you Save game folder ! (Mydocs\My Games\Oblivion\Saves)"

However, I do not have a Saves folder and do not know how to get one.
So how do I get this saved game onto my game? (Its a character btw. Using a race mod)

Just load the game and make a save. It will generate the folder for you.
