Like the thieves guild and the fighters guild, how do you make your own guild using the construction set? Along with the NPCS the dialouge, quests ect.

Well, I don't have much experience with quests and stuff, but I know how to make a guild. Go to the top and click character->faction. When the window opens, click "new" in the top-left and give your guild whatever ID you want, then the name. Then you can edit the favored attributes/skills, ranks and their requirements, clan reactions, etc. That's all the help I can give you as guilds are one of the next things I plan on learning.
