I cant find a " Use " option anywhere? this game bugged or what? really decreaseing my like for this game... anyone know what to do?

Unequip the crowbar. Right click on the still and select the backpack. That'll open up your inventory. Then just scroll down and click on the crowbar.

Should do it.
