I re-arranged and re-decorated Novac's hotel room to my personal liking. Only added one more container, already has a lot of that, but I moved the furniture all over to increase floor space, added a wall table/stools, different bed, companion NPC idle markers, and brighter lighting. It's my home sweet home.

Novac motel is my storage site. Sell what I don't need, use companions to haul the rest to the motel.

I store everything into the Novac motel room.
Weapons in the Footlocker,
Clothing/Armour in the Cabinet,
Consumables in the Fridge.

As of today, i went from just using boxes in the Lucky 38 to displaying most all of my weapons in the cocktail lounge (all except uniques)

the main counter is completely full of weapons, and all the tables on the outer edges of the room (next to the windows) have a weapon or two on them. I only have a few weapons on the tiny tables though.

I am planning on moving my ammo to the shelves behing the counter as well, but that might be way too annoying.

Yeh i think ammo is a bit too much, i meen its not like there is unique ammo so no point displaying it!

I store everything in the Novac hotel room. Crafting items in the suitcase by the door, DM items in the desk beside the suitcase, every gun/weapon repair kits/doctor bags/repair armor in the safe. Unique weapons in the cabinet. The fridge is empty, the dresser has all clothing and unique clothing. First Aid box in the bathroom is my "junk" container which contains, toys, Sunset Sarsaparilla Badges, etc. The wardrobe is empty, and the footlocker is empty. I did rearranging in preparations for the future DLC's I cleared out the fridge and footlocker for items from two of the DLC's and I will use the wardrobe for the last DLC.

I dump everything on my companions and sell the rest. If the companions can't hold everything I want to keep, I'll probably store it up in the Lucky 38.

I left all my souvenirs lying around the Dino-d-Lite. A gun there, some Nuka-Cola Victory on the shelf, etc. etc.. Became totally crowded with unique weapons, so I got a mod with a weapon rack and mannequins.

Ed-E carries alot of my stuff. He's like an armoured backpack, with guns.

I keep Vodka and whiskey/whisky and absynthe and wine in the bathtub at novac motel room, and buffout, psycho and all the rest lying around the bed there. My charecter is kinda a party girl..

all those mannequins remind me of Fable 3

i usually use Novac just so I don't have to deal with the triple-loading screen grand slam of going into the lucky 38, but i'll admit the 38 is much cooler.

also, there's a turtle emoticon and i really want to use it :turtle:

I use a mod that turns the Goodsprings School house into a player home. I like it because as a fanatical crafter it has plenty of storage for all my crafting stuff. I alos like it becase i miss the ability to buy and update the player abode like you could in Megaton in FO3. I was majory disappointed in FONV that there was really nothing resembling the player's Megaton home in FO3 so as a PC player (god i love being a PC player) i just change the game to suit my desires.

On a side note the suite in the lucky 38 has an interface supposedly so that player can update the suite but i have never been able to get it to work, or if it did work like the Megaton home i wuold use that one eventually. I think in a game as inventory driven and craft intensive as FONV that to NOT have something the PC can buy and customize is a major oversite. I need somewhere safe to store my stuff, and there are some changes to the inventory management that need to be made and once i have the issues noted and have come up with at least one solution i will post it on the boards hopefully for rational discussion.

I had problems with the upgrade computer console in Lucky 38. It does work, but seems a bit glitchy. Instead of having the pointer over the description of the item I wanted to upgrade it had to be over the items price, from there it was just easiest to hit the "a" button on my keyboard to accept it.

But all the dust floating in the lucky 38's suite does bug me a bit. I can understand why it would be there, but I feel like I should be covering my mouth IRL whenever I see how much of it there is :D

Yup this is what I do too, Novac seems to be a popular place to store stuff. And I play on 360 so no mods for me.

I think I may have mutiple places I used to store things around the Mojave ... I can't remember all of the places. My favourite was the empty trailer with boxes in Goodsprings. Realistically, no two metal boxes could store as much stuff in them as I managed to store in Goosprings. xD

Failing that, the Lucky 38. Generally depnded how far I was prepared to travel. Luckily, my companions never grasped the concept of 'stealing', so all my items remained comfortably in my wardrobes.

I carry a lot of miscellaneous junk around with me most of the times; I think it comes from my nature as a hoarder IRL. I DO sell that stuff eventually, though ... yay Buffout. <_<

I use goodsprings basics. it adds a camfire and mobile home with bed. I use the ammo boxs (two) by chet's store one for guns one for ammo. next to that is a workbench and toolbox and I keep misc in toolbox. up at the campfire just behind chet and saloon is the campfire which has metalbox for all aid items. i like it because if I fast travel to goodsprings, I can walk up to the box with all my items quickly and take out all the items I need to craft. or switch weapons.
