How do you transfer Sims 2 hair mods to Oblivion?

Post » Wed Apr 06, 2011 5:50 pm

I've noticed that many recent armor mods have pictures of characters using unique hairstyles. I asked the authors about them and they all say that they're imported from The Sims 2 mods.

So I'm wondering if there's a guide on how to do this?

I know there are a lot of really awesome Sims 2 hair mods out there and it would be great to be able to use them in Oblivion =)

Of course, for personal use. If you want to distribute converted one, you need permission from original author.

if I just want to post pictures or videos with them - I won't need permission from the authors do I?

You don't need permission from them for that. And, if you post links for their stuff (like saying "this is from SnagleMonkey's Ortho Barbarian mod" and posting a link), they're not likely to complain.
