I've got a single farm door that needs to be a load door, i.e it is a teleporting door to load another cell. The farm doors all open fully and even though I've set a black plane behind it it looks a bit odd that the door opens wide to black before the player is teleported.
Of all the load type doors there doesn't seem to be the standard farm door (FarmhouseAnimDoor01 for example). Is there a setting to make them open only a fraction before teleporting?

Also, is there a nack to moving the vertices of nav meshes? I can never seem to get them to highlight when I move my mouse over them repeatedly. Consequently I end up dragging the lines that make up the triangle instead.
