How do you turn items when picking them up (when holding E)

Im trying to put things on display but its difficult having to keep dropping them to get the right angle.

Any ideas?

You can't. I wouldn't bother decorating in this game, at all.

I know what you're thinking of but if I remember right that was available only through a mod in Oblivion. You have to place objects the old fashioned way. And be warned, decorating can be tedious and redundant until they patch an issue with dropping items. Make sure you drop what items you want to use, leave the house and return, then place them. If you place them right away a bug will usually put them back where they were originally dropped once you exit and enter your home.

You repeatedly bash them on something until they turn the way you want them to. . .

Look don't bother trying to decorate, it'll just be a complete waste of time.

I'm hoping for a Mod that lets you rotate the objects in all angles, so you can adjust it the way you like. ;)


And for the people having the problem of the items going to the floor.. SImply do that: Drop the items you want to place in your home, in the floor, then live the house a few times, 2 times is enough, now put them in the palce you want. It's done.
