Recently I completed the quest "The Lost Patrol". You have to turn it in to Paladin Danse but now that he is my companion, it doesn't let me turn it in. I've tried dismissing him, talking to him, ect... still nothing. Thanks.

You have to turn it in to Captain Kells.

The quest log just doesn't update to tell you.
