Played Morrowind a few years ago but recently I thought I would try once again to beat the game. I always get caught up exploring or doing sidequests. However I like to be able to turn the camera and look at my character face to face so to speak. I may not use mods to change gameplay but I do like the ones that pretty it up.

Pressing Tab will switch between third-person and first-person view.
Holding Tab and moving the mouse around will let you control the camera. The mouse-wheel zooms in/out while in this mode.
