How do you use Telekinesis? : V

I've been wondering for a while, how do you throw/launch items with Telekinesis?

you activate telekenises before your manna depletes look up with object infront of you

A let manna deplete
B release the triggers

still dont understand the purpose of this skill but unlike in oblivion throwing objects at people does get some negative comments about it

Pick it up by casting it, press E to take it (into your invertory) or release the spell (button) to propel it. It's usable to cause distractions, for example throwing something at hanging bones in bandit lairs.

It also has a very valid use in Fus-ball.

lol I could imagine in Skyrim: Fus (Ro-Dah) ball. A bunch on Nords chasing a leather ball and knocking it around with the Thu'um

The traditional ball used is a cabbage, as they're abundant, durable and hurt like f**** when they hit you in the nads! ^_^

You can actually kill someone with the object you throw. Just takes a long time

There is at least dungeon where you might be able to grab an otherwise inacessible potion, but I haven't tried it.

ha i have to try that, didnt know bear traps can be moved.

To throw with telekenesis you aim at the object, hold down the cast trigger/button to draw in the object then release to throw it...be careful though as running out of magic will toss the object automatically
