How do you want to start the next game and where

As the title explains, how do you want the intro to be?

thats pretty much what it will be everygame lol.
but if you mean more actiony like skyrim or oblivion or more subtle like morrowind or daggerfall, then id say it should be more subtle. guard gives you some general direction on where to go , and try to have a level requirment for the main quest to even trigger. i liked that in daggerfall main quest didn't show up till you were ready.

Face-down on a raft at sea. You see land in two directions, and you must choose which way to paddle. Nobody knows you when you make landfall. You must learn how to do things by talking to villagers. Nothing about major world events is immediately revealed to you; you must find out as you go along.

I want it the same as two posts above. If they make us start as anything else than a prisoner I'll be disappointed. :P

Also this oh so much. I never liked the fact that the main quest was shoved down my throat and everyone screaming around "I SAW A DRAGON" or "KVATCH IS ON FIRE" didn't help at all.

Just on a caravan heading into a small town. Nothing is explained to you and no main quest is shoved down your throat. I think it would be much cooler if you're just an ordinary person who shapes their own future and becomes a legend sort of thing.

While these are all good ideas and I'd love the next game to start that way, let's face it; they won't be happening. It seems Bethesda thinks people aren't smart emough for these things and need quests forced down their throats.
To be honest, I agree with Bethesda, some people are that stupid.

Sad but true. People with the attention span of a squirrel would probably become bored or confused by lack of direction.

It would be rude not to have this introduction. It's a tradition.

Q: "How do you want to start the next game and where?"

A: I want to be able to put the physical disc in the drive, and play on my PC in the comfort of my own home, without worrying about an internet connection and Steam account.

If it's set in Black Marsh or Elsweyr, and I'm NOT another prisoner with a prophecy behind me, I'll be even happier.

A futile optimism I sense.

We should start out as minumum wage steel workers in Pittsburgh who back-stab our way up the corporate ladder to become CEO.

Arriving at Summerset Isle by ship, sort of like the start to Morrowind. No cinematic intro like Skyrim or Oblivion that throws you into the main questline.

honestly it would be cool to start out as a thalmor prisoner that you have to escape from jail, yes just like oblvion and morrowind. but during the main quest you help An underground resistance, like the blades in skyrim, destroy the thalmor and save the empire. it should be about 30-50 years after skyrim, and have refrences to it like lke any other TES game, and be after the thalmor have completly taken every part of the epire except cyrodill. it should take place in the summerset isles.

agian, im a noob and might just be sprouting random ideas. i've played the TES from morrowind to skyrim with add ons

This. However if TESVI is going to be just as bad or worse as Skyrim roleplay wise then I won't care because I'm not getting it.

I want an intro like a flying scary dragon comes to your home on a cliff where the character is standing in first personand your hand pets them and it flys away and then brings back a warhammer enchanted beautiful weapon in it's mouth and speaks and tells you it's time for the final battle against the gods. Then the screen goes black and it says sometime earlier and starts game.

While that's not a bad idea. It is just too linear. It would basically throw us into the main quest with us having no say in it.

Going to the Imperial City to find a magic device to save my village...sorry, wrong game.

I kinda want to see a census thing like they did in Morrowind for character creation.
