They did say 5 MAJOR cities. Might very well have smaller cities.

I really enjoyed, this update but that's because I find interviews with Todd to be very interesting, now I'm really hoping for an important update on the game to come next.

That was really interesting.

I'm intrigued by the explanation of the "dragon shouts" though. The fire they breathe is the dragons actually trying to speak?!

I think he means dragon magic the magic they do is in their language, they are like mages dragon mages

I'm not looking forward to the hub updates anymore. It's not worth staying up a bit later at night after a whole day at uni, for no information to be revealed about the game.

Fantastic update. Really enjoyed it. Nice to know that Beth and Todd are still on the right track, in my mind anyway.

He was basically saying that we're going to have spears and crossbows in the game. Why would he mention that if he wasn't going to put them in?

And we know more about the dragons.

And I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that at some point in the game we're going to have the same powers that the dragons do, which means wind and time manipulation.

I'm satisfied with the little bone they've thrown us today.

Again the interview was fine but I am getting tired of them already, I know I SHOULDN'T automatically think a update will be about the game but I don't like how it has mostly NOT been about the game or if it has been its a bunch of info we already know and maybe only 1 or 2 new things and those things I atleast don't care about cuz I will learn it while playing the game....

Idk just pretty disappointed, hopeful when I get Two Worlds 2 that will have me not be on here ever time someone says "HUB UPDATE!!!!"

And how would you have a interview with the character of a game?

I'm certainly not complaining, even though I auto picked those locks every single time.

Typing on the phone I'm hesitant to go too deep, I'll keep it short. I guess its just that ive got this feeling. That all games are going the same direction, simple, easy flashy gameplay. I just wish they could incorporate the old rpg depth with todays gameplay possibilities. Making it a rpg with action influence, not vice versa

Earlier in this thread gstaff said there is more gi updates coming and more info generally coming this year. But...the games coming out this year so isn't more info to be expected? Is that foreshadowing a delay?

Not certain it meant that they're going to be in as some suggest.

Second video, he speaks about the evolution of the games : he mentions that people say they should put stuff like spears or crossbows in to improve the next instalment, and goes on to explain that they don't think in terms of merely adding stuff when making a new game.

I reckon he spoke of them merely as examples of very popular claims ; in the same sentence he does speak of level scaling, too. Could really go either way, the way he said it.

He was saying that people demand spears, crossbows, and more races.

Then he goes on to say that he and his team often have different priorities from these, and that 10 races are enough.

Certainly no evidence that spears and crossbows won't be in, but hardly enough to say they will.
