Post was deleted because I can't post IMGur links apparently, so I'll do this again quickly.

The game's UI/HUD is bugged and won't show the cursor or any text-based selections (example; main menu is blank save for a transparent green box).

In-game the display is clearly glitchy and is showing two of my characters along with strange lighting issues. Menu/Pip-Boy are similarly bugged. In short, game's pretty unplayable.

Have been playing FO4 on a solid rig since release. I've only modified the .ini files as necessary to make mods run, and the mods I've been running have been simple texture replacers without issue. I've deleted these and uninstalled the mods to no avail.

I'd post the image links as it's hard to explain the screen, but I can't post links, apparently. I can try to PM them or something. Regardless, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried verifying the game cache?

Also PM me the img links, and ill post them here.

Delete those ini files, verify your game cache files, and try to get your textures working vanilla again...

I verified, tried again, deleted inis, reverified, tried again. No dice.

I hate to bump, but I restarted/reinstalled to no avail. Any other suggestions?

When you reinstalled the game did you delete your INI files and purge anything relating to Fallout 4 from your steam folder?

Backed up my saves, Deleted Local content, then redownloaded.

You deleted the mods too, right?

That's not good enough. You need to delete the Fallout 4 folder within steamapps/common

Reinstalled again. Everything is absolutely pristine in terms of new folders/etc., yet I'm still having the problem. Any other suggestions?
