HUD Opacity

Post » Fri Oct 14, 2011 7:52 am

It's too bad all opportunities for anyone who visits this forum to play the demo are gone and though no one may have ever gotten to it anyway, I wish I would have posted in one of those threads about this. I'm very curious to know what the HUD will look like with the opacity turned very low, but not completely off. I think this might help some people that have issues with the placement of info on the HUD. It will be so light that after a handful of hours you won't even notice it, but if you focused your attention on it, you'll get the info you need. What do you guys think?

No, it's already confirmed that you can adjust the opacity of the HUD (down to zero actually, which turns the whole thing off completely) I just wanted to get some opinions/perspectives on what it might look/play like to have the HUD NEARLY faded out.

I hope the level-up announcement pop-ups are linked with the HUD opacity wise. Those things look annoying in the top/center of the screen.

I hope individual components can be shut off. What if I want to keep the health bar and remove the compass?
