Well if hud_radarTypeMP 2 had the same effect as Maximum Radar without getting the support bonus and simply able to be typed in at console. I'm not surprised that it IS locked.

It is a Server command, not client command.
It doesn't work in the Server config anymore.

sv_password doesn't work anymore either since 1.9.
Did I overlook something?
