Can we get a way to increase the contrast or the opacity of the text on the hud and pipboy?

I would kill to run with a red pipboy, but the red is so dark it is hard to make out against the rest of the text.

It would also help if we'd could change color of speech challenges or theft, if you run red or yellow, it's hard to make out challenge text.
