When I open skill tree, it becomes slideshow for 3-4 seconds. Then FPS normalises. I deleted everything from textures/interface, didnt help. Background of Skill Tree is animated with some stupid waves hovering, I guess this is the reason. Anyone can point me which mod does this?

I found out that Dual Sheath Redux skyproc patcher causes this. Now I wonder why. It doesnt work well with some merged patches (i can get rid of the issue if turn off several of those merged files)
