I'm playing this on PS3 and the problem is that when i need to take an item for a quest from a wall or ground I get a notification i get it, but it does not appear in my inventory. Same problem if I killed someone and then need to take; for example a ring of the body the ring does not appear in the persons inventory. (or if i need to get a amulet from a chest it isn't in there)
This pisses me off because now I cant do a lot of quests including the mainquest (I cant read the elder scroll because its not in my inventory). Does anyone here have the same problem? the more I play, the more quests I find that I cant complete because I cant get the required item from the monster/chest.

Besides the question of someone knows a solution I want to ask: Do you guys think it's a problem in the game or do you think its a corrupt disc?

Hopefully Bethesda patches this in the patch coming out 28th of November.

That sux big time. I have not encountered this, no problems reading the scroll in my inventory and stuff has always been where it's supposed to be..

If you are the only one who has this issue, then it's most likely your disc and not the game that is causing it. That is, however, far-flung to think the disc is corrupted.

Hopefully I'm not the only one with this problem. It's indeed far-flung to think something like that, but I'm the only one I've seen on the internet with this problem.

Have you tried creating a new character and starting over? I know that svcks, but my first guess would be the save data, not the disc.

If you start a new game and do a fetch quest like the ones causing you problems, that would answer your question.
