And then he mentions in his next memory who he's working for, which ought to be around qhen Fallout 2 takes place. Think one of those nameless mooks we meet in Fallout 2 could have, in a headcanon sort of way, been Kellogg?
Also, does anyone have a transcript of the radio broadcast during that memory? They talk over it, so it's hard to catch all of it... which I'm guessing was a deliberate move on Beth's part.
