So I decided to do the "Human Error" quest late after finishing the main story line (Lvl 56 atm) but I can't seem to find Honest Dan at the covenant. When I first arrived there the doors were already open and I didn't have been there before, never took the test. I even went to the sewers facility of the covenant and triggered nothing, so I had to use force to take the settlement. I already cleared the settlement and the sewers but never did a message of "failing the quest" appeared. Is this a bug? Or is this quest not available after finishing the main story? I defeated the Institute fyi.

I think it`s a bug that appears if you try to get this quest after completing the main quest.
