Not sure if this quest has any further implications or not but I was wondering....I help honest Dan, got to the scientist and while my enemy is the institute same as hers I didn't agree with her testing since she had so many false positives so I killed her....is this just a side mission with no further story? Will covenant be hostile when I return even though the head guy knew I was going?
