Ok, playing on normal n hardcoe got my guns skill up to 100. used to go into a legion camp and pretty much 2 or 3 shot things if i didnt go for headshots, was feeln like a badass then the new patch came.....i hate to say it but ive ran into the death squad 4 times and each time me and my companions wipe. Now im blasted them with my assulted rifle , hunting shotgun and i mean im not sprayn n praying im unloading straight to the face and chest and i feel like im wasting ammo on this guys. what happened to them cuz they sure buffed up or what not and its only the death squad thats beefy. still legion guys are push overs but the death squads got soem rediculous DR or something. anyone else havn a prob im coming across? startn to get annoying that im using up good bit of my arsenal every couple mins these guys show up.

ok editing, lack of sleep...ok above situation my guns aint doing crap even thought im up on them point blank to the chest and face, BUT if i get out a melee weapon or unarmed which im 50/70 with them im kool taking them down, but if i use guns it feels like im shotting them with bbs event hough its at 100.

I didn't have problems with them. Had to go stimpack-happy more than usual, but they still went down like the legion mongrels that have opposable thumbs and don't take dumps wherever that they are. Liberal application of armor-piercing ammo. I cut down two of them with my service rifle with AP rounds on my first runaround, and the last thing the other two smelled was the stinging odor of ozone from all the plasma I discharged. Those hub caps on your chest don't do much to stop steel-tipped bullets and overcharged plasma, flag boy...

Since the patch cl assassin squads do come for me. They parachute in about 100 yds away. They actually have guns that can hurt me.

They unleash a steady sream of fire, this in turn makes my hit points go down. One time they took my health 3/4 of the way down. I was so proud of them.

I m not really too fond of cl air drops, but at least I get hurt now.

Now, if there were only more cl like that in the rest of the game, they might not even have to use airdrops.

The camp I sacked was that set of four cardboard beds around a campfire near the Viper encampment south of Novac. How Edward Sallow instantly knew I was killing his doodz and immediately sicc'd a hit squad on me I won't know...
