This is a house mod for those more "nordic players'. 3 rooms, 1 of of which that is chopped up into multiple rooms; bath room, kitchen (not NOM-related atm), bedroom, study, alchemy area, display tables, storage room and a personal museum.
it's located just north of Calder, you cant miss it (with MGE atleast).
it's also got a VERY nice garden full of plants (and a scarecrow to scare of.. scribs?) yet again, it's not NOM-friendly
