Hunted/hunter quest i cant complete due to bug that causes game crash

no error codes just walk past the CIT building and game crashes

have tried coming from every angle, going past with no inventory and reinstalling game and still have problem

Need technical support as every time i email help i get a generic email back its ruining my gaming experience
