My hype is at a low...... : V

My hype for Skyrim has dropped in the past 2 weeks..... I still visit the forums... Anyone's hype at a low? I was going to play oblivion started a new game and I just couldn't finish it again..... The forums seem to be quite dry of new info....and all of the info has been the same for the past 6 months pretty much

Started mass effect 2 and wow it's truly amazing!

It's an Elder Scrolls game...that alone is enough to get me insanely hyped for this game.

Keeping me hyped is that its only about a month away! Who needs hype, when all you need to know is a new Bethesda game is coming out?
Anyways, I kind of didn't raise my hopes up much until it started getting closer to release date, so its pretty awesome.

Really? There's been a lot of new info, Not that big though, the biggest thing we have right now is the achievements list. But don't worry, only a month left, there will be a TON of new info, We will even be getting some new sub-forums before 11.11.11

My hype used to be low, until I realised that all the same old footage featuring same content is not all there is to the game. There's more where that came from.

I'm still very hyped, probably mostly because I have nothing else to play right now.
I do know what you mean, when info stops coming, or there are no updates or anything to sustain..it's easy to lose your energy.

Don't think this will change though...too close to release. Not really a bad thing either..I'd rather not be spoiled with too much info anyways (OBLIVION?)

DRY?! If you've been on the forums for the past week and a half you would have seen loads of more info! If you're gonna complain about a lack of info, actually search for info before you say there isn't any. :thumbsup:

New pictures and visiting the forums keeps me hyped. Also playing my first playthrough of Oblivion. Ever. Also first playthrough of a TES game. Ever!

-they removed move armor because xbox cant handle it basically
-they remove classes because people cant change stuff latter in the game in Oblivion, let alone that this is a role playing game
-60 bucks on Steam
-Bethesda is still suing notch

I'm not sure if I want to buy it either OP. I might just play my nephews copy

*still hyped* Imminent script extender, "face melting" graphics on PC, new hardware, that they're still tinkering with the game, and other such stuff keeps my enthusiasm level up.

I can somewhat relate, the last month for me has been extremely taxing on me emotionally and that's hurting my excitement for a lot of things in life. Combine that with a much slower pace of new info on most games and it just sort of turns into "Eh, OK." rather than "Awesome!" like it was back during E3.

I'm still excited for the game, but I'm probably not as excited as I was at the beginning of the year for sure. Though I have to say, I always get a smile on my face when I watch the gameplay trailer.

The 'new' footage is always the same.. But there's only a month left, it would be dumb if bethesda won't bombard their fans with tons of new
info and footage

Nope been timing my hype lol. I spent most of the summer in the bioware forums getting myself hyped up for Mass Effect 3. The problem with that is that Mass Effect 3 doesn't come out until March so over the last week in a half or so I have been playing Oblivion to get me hyped up for Skyrim so I will be using the month to hype myself up good. Also been watching Skyrim videos on youtube visiting UESP so right now my hype is doing pretty good.

Just watch the 20 minute demo footage again. That should fix your problem.

RAGE is amazing. Skyrim will be legendary.
