I had an idea for a mod involving a hypodermic needle. You could sneak up behind someone, stick a needle in their neck, and then do whatever you wish with their unconscious body. I imagine achieving the mod would be easy because you could just make a custom needle model and animation, and set it to damage a large amount of fatigue. The problem is I have zero modding experience. So could someone with some modding skills perhaps make a mod such as this? I realize that it doesn't stick to the theme of Oblivion too well buy hey, who cares? I hope it's not too much to ask, and I wish that I could take on the project myself but I just have no idea how to mod. Comments on improving the idea of the mod are also welcome.

Frankly I think you're better off just coming up with a poison you could put on your arrows which has the same effect. You're just over-complicating things by wanting the syringe. That would require alot of work on someone's part just to come up with animations, and I doubt very much if you'll find anyone who's going to be interested.
