Hypothermia

I was thinking...if its going to be cold in Skyrim, it would make sense that you have to wear something to keep you warm. You couldn't just run around in your undies like in Morrowind and Oblivion. Should there be a penalty for not wearing the right clothing. As a vampire your health would go down if you were in the sunlight. Maybe something similar for Skyrim.

I think it should be a toggable option, because the game also caters to people who aren't hardcoe RP'ers, and they might not want that. But it would be fun. Toggable for sure.
