Hello everyone so as the title says. I'm having the Ice Mist follow me everywhere I go. It's the same Ice Mist that comes when you go to a snowy part of Skyrim. But no matter where I go be it in a house or whatever it comes with me. I have pictures but I do not know how to put them on here. I tried looking it up but couldn't find out. So if any of you know what's going on and can help without pictures that would be great! If you do need pictures please tell me how to put them on this. Thanks!

It's only on one of my characters. None of the new ones have it or anything. I did recently download a new Mod so I will take that off and see if it fixes it. I tried what you said above and it didn't fix it on my current character (I know you said on a new one but as I said in this reply it doesn't happen on any of my new characters). So If you have any other Ideas that would be great!
