Well On the old gamesas site (1 year ago) there was a great repository of patches for Icewind Dale. And since Bioware does not have the patches for the game I was wondering if a rep for gamesas could make those patches avabile here .

I'm not sure we have them any more. We no longer have the rights to the IWD series.

I'm pretty sure it's Atari. However, I don't think they support the series. It's in limbo (along with Planescape: Torment, however, technically, that one is in Sigil.)

Bioware can not provide support for the Icewind Dale series as they did not develop them. And Atari... Well, they're not very reliable when it comes to support.

Your best bet is Sorcerer's Place. In particular, they have sections for IWD1 and IWD2, complete with patches.
